I haven't heard from my brother in 15yrs & after searching received an upsetting email saying they'd heard he was no longer with us, trouble in Hillbrow. I'd never heard of the place til I searched the net & after what I've seen I fear the worst. His name was Paul Francis Sproston born 28.01.70 (I think) in uk. When we last spoke he told me he had a black partner(not that it makes any difference) & had 2 daughters one named Carmela I think. Can anyone please help me find out what has become of my brother, maybe you knew of him. Names, addresses inc addresses of local authorities eg: police records, register of deaths, someone must know something. I've tried everything I know from this end, but nothing. Please please please can you help. A very anxious sister
